Situated in the village of Albrighton, Shropshire, mid-way between Wolverhampton & Telford the club can be easily reached in 5 minutes from J3 on the M54.

Each week, the Club puts out 8 Crown Green Bowling teams of all age groups, in various leagues, in and aroud the Telford area.

This season will see 5 of its members qualify as BCGBA Level 1 Coaches, who will provide coaching to the membership regardless of ability, it is envisaged that some of these will progress to level 2, which will then give the club the ability to provide professional coaching for juniors.

We are especially proud of our link with Albrighton Junior Football Club who we share our facilities with at the Albrighton Sports Complex. For this reason the Complex proudly boasts "we succesfully provide a sports facility for eight to eighty year olds in the local community".

  • Wednesday Night Social Bowling
The Club has successfully progressed through to the quarter finals of the Mid-Shropshire League's Ashton Shield and Harris Cup. Subsequently there will be no Wednesday night bowling on 22 July and the 29 July due to the next round of these competitions taking place. However please come to the green and support the clubs teams in these high profile league competitions.

The committee would also like to remind club members that league re-arranged fixtures may force matches to be played on a Wednesday night, team captains will do everything they can to prevent this from happening, however weather conditions on scheduled home fixture nights will play a decisive role as to when this happens. It is unfortunate that other nights of the week are not available fro these re-arranged matches due to the opposing teams due to their other league commitments and home green availability. Re-arranged matches for away fixtures will not impact on Wednesday night bowling.
