Welcome to Albrighton Bowling Club

Established by 1987, we are proud of our tradition of providing a sociable, friendly Crown Green bowling environment for our members.

Situated in the village of Albrighton, Shropshire, mid-way between Wolverhampton & Telford the club can be easily reached within 5 minutes from J3 on the M54.

Located on the north western edge of the village, the modern clubhouse and our large 40m x 40m green are housed in a picturesque setting adjacent to our sponsors David Austin Roses, and there is no better place in the village to while away a summers afternoon as we enjoy commanding views over RAF Cosford and The Wrekin.

Each week during the bowling season, the Club puts out 6 Crown Green Bowling teams of all age groups, in the various leagues in and around the Telford area.

Although league bowling has an important role within the club, there is also a strong social bowling cadre giving those who simply wish to bowl socially somewhere to meet and make new friends.

Not only focused on Crown Green Bowling the club has an active all year round calendar of social events which includes BBQ, Quizzes and Horse racing.

We are especially proud of our link with Albrighton Football Club who we share our facilities with at Albrighton Sports Complex.
